Join us in Vienna for a two-day deep dive into EFET documentation. This in-person course provides a comprehensive overview of the EFET General Agreements for Electricity and Natural Gas and the extended EFET universe, including key appendices, certificates documentation, the Credit Support Annex (CSA), the Master Netting Agreement (MNA), and the Cross Product Master Agreement (CPMA).

Special focus will be given to the consolidated versions of the General Agreements endorsed in June 2025, highlighting what has changed and how these changes impact practice.

PRESENTERS

Michaela Duve

Michaela has been Chair of the Legal Committee at Energy Traders Europe since March 2023. She founded Duve Legal Consulting in 2012, a boutique law firm specialising in energy and commodity law under German and European regulation. Previously, she was Senior Legal Counsel at RWE Supply & Trading in London, advising on electricity, gas, allowances, and weather trading, while also overseeing contract management. She also worked at Barclays Capital in London as a specialist in energy and emissions trading agreements. Earlier in her career, she contributed to the liberalisation of Germany’s electricity and gas markets and published articles on the development of the gas market.

Sonia Auguscik

Sonia has been part of the Legal Committee Secretariat since 2019, where she supports the development and updating of EFET trading documentation. She previously worked as an in-house lawyer at a commodity trading company, advising on gas and electricity trading, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiations. Her expertise covers both legal and practical aspects of energy trading. Sonia holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Warsaw and a Diploma in English and EU Law from the British Law Centre. She brings a strong combination of industry experience and legal training to her work with Energy Traders Europe
