Energy Trading Week Europe

We’re excited to head back to the London Business Design Centre for the 17th edition of Energy Trading Week Europe, and we’re thrilled to support Commodities People as Lead Association Partner for the event.  
 
Over the past 17 years, we’ve watched this event grow from strength to strength as a leading platform for energy trading professionals to exchange and learn about how to navigate the complexities of ever-evolving energy markets. 

This year’s agenda is shaping up to be a good one, and we’re pleased to be involved in numerous sessions throughout the event.

Our Speakers

Our CEO Mark Copley moderates the opening panel discussion “2026 and beyond: What’s next for energy trading?” joined by distinguished speakers Anne-Sophie Corbeau, Christian Baer, Greg Molnár and Michel Kolly.

Our Operations Committee Secretary Stuart Beeston will be chairing the Energy Trading Operations and Technology (ETOT) sessions throughout Day 1.

Our Market Supervision Committee Chair Anje Stiers joins an insightful panel: “The policy and practice panel: Where Regulators meet the market” alongside regulators and market participants alike.

Antonella Del Figliolo, Market Supervision Committee Manager will moderate the panel discussion “Clearing and impact on cash liquidity and capital costs: Further development in liquidity management in volatile energy markets”. 

Michele Stretti, Market Supervision Committee Manager joins the panel “Regulatory divergence Part 2: Approach to position limits”.
