Consultation Response to the Proposed Merger of Transmission Systems and the Approach to Tariffs for the Years 2027-2031 in Poland

Energy Traders Europe welcomes the opportunity to comment on the proposed changes brought about by the upcoming merger of the national gas transmission system and Yamal transit pipeline in Poland. This is a very welcome change, which we have long advocated for. We also appreciate the consistent approach to multipliers and seasonal factors, as proposed already for 2026. Given the shortness of our feedback, we allow ourselves to tie in our remarks on both the ITC and multipliers in a single document.
